Daily Mindfulness in Rongo-mā-tāne

 We practise Mindfulness every day in Rongo-mā-tāne in a variety of ways. Our favourite way is using breathing techniques to help us feel calm and focused. Our tamariki especially love to be imaginative and create their own breathing poses to share with the studio at hui.

Mahalia taught us her love heart breathing.
